He has a track record of high profitable growth and value creation, managing and expanding Australian companies globally, including a strong emphasis on the US. From 2015-2023, he was the CEO and Managing Director of Appen Limited (ASX: APX), the world’s leading provider of artificial intelligence (AI) training data and testing services. Mr Brayan successfully transformed Appen from a provider of language data and services to the world’s leading AI data and services company through a mix of organic growth, strategic acquisitions, new product and service development and new market entry.
Mr Brayan has M&A, investor relations and capital markets experience and a successful track record with technology company founders. He holds an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management and a First-Class Honours Bachelor of Surveying Degree from the University of New South Wales.
Mr Brayan is also presently a Non-Executive Director of Integrated Research (ASX: IRI), an Australian-based leading global provider of performance management solutions.

Subhash founded sensen.ai in 2007 as a spin-off from the University of Technology Sydney where he was Professor of Computer Systems. Subhash is a world-leading authority in data fusion specialising in the analysis and fusion of video and sensor data.

Born and raised in Hyderabad, India, Subhash received his PhD from Queensland University of Technology, Brisbane, Australia in 1999. Part of his PhD studies were conducted at Harvard University (1997). He started his professional career as a Research Fellow at the University of Melbourne in 1998 where he led a number of defence industry projects. Subhash received the Tan-Chin Tau Fellowship in Engineering from Nanyang Technological University in Singapore (2003) where he worked with NTU researchers on traditional and underwater robotics. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from JNTU, Kukatpally, India.
Subhash was the Professor of Computer Systems Engineering at the University of Technology Sydney from 2004-2007 where he mentored several doctoral students to completion in the areas of Bayesian Estimation Theory, Object Tracking, Sensor Networks, Computer Vision, License Plate Recognition, Facial Recognition and Data Fusion. He has co-authored more than 150 papers and is co-author of the reference text, ‘Fundamentals of Object tracking’ Cambridge University Press, 2011) unifying disparate advances in estimation theory and object tracking into a recursive Bayesian framework.
Subhash left his successful career in academia to join SenSen full-time as CEO in January 2012. He has led the development of the company’s video-IoT platform SenDISA and pioneered applications in diverse market segments. As the CEO and CTO of the company, he led SenSen to win a number of innovation awards including iAwards Victoria for SenFORCE and SenSIGN products in 2014 and 2017 respectively; Parking Australia Innovation Award in 2015; and Security Industry Innovation Award in 2014.
Under his leadership, SenSen listed on ASX on 18 October 2017 and more recently on the OTCQB exchange, USA, on 14 September 2020.
Subhash is a regular speaker at international industry and academic conferences, and is a charter member of entrepreneurship organisation TIE.

David is a Non-Executive Director of RAW Capital Partners Holdings Limited, an international asset management business located in the UK, focused on Funds Management and investments in enabling technology and disruptive businesses.

David has 25 years of experience as an investment banker, both in international capital markets and M&A, having raised more than $4 billion for corporate clients, including managing or co-managing over 30 IPOs on the ASX, winning the 2008 Corporate Deal of the Year Award and being regularly ranked in the Top 20 bankers in Australia. He has extensive background in advising companies across the technology, resources, financial services, logistics, education and telecommunications sectors, and has been integrally involved in numerous emerging companies which have evolved into large successful businesses. David is very familiar with the regulatory environments in Australia and other jurisdictions including the US, UK, Canada, Singapore, India, Hong Kong and Indonesia.
David is Non-Executive Director at world-leading Live Awareness AI company, SenSen Networks Limited (ASX: SNS), after previously also being the Chief Operating Officer since the Company’s ASX listing, where he was responsible for the company’s day-to-day operational, financial and risk management of the company, as well as the governance and compliance functions.
He is also currently a Non-Executive Director of Vetnovo Ltd, an aggregator of leading Veterinary Clinics in Australia and New Zealand.

Jenny is currently Chief Financial and Shared Services Officer at Magentus, a privately owned technology company previously listed on the ASX as The Citadel Group Limited (ASX:CGL). Prior to Magentus, she was CFO and Company Secretary at Barristers’ Chambers Limited and Money3 Limited (now Solvar) (ASX:SVR), and held the positions of Group Financial Controller and Company Secretary at Southern Cross Media Group Limited (ASX:SXL). Jenny commenced her career at Deloitte. She has also held numerous directorships with the companies she has worked for as well as the charity Give Me 5 for Kids.
Jenny has been the Chief Financial Officer of Magentus since 2018, and also leads the Shared Services team comprising of legal, people and culture, information technology and cyber security. Jenny was deeply involved in the delisting and take private of The Citadel Group Limited and has overseen the acquisition and integration of Wellbeing Software (a UK based company) and Genie Solutions under the Magentus brand, and creating a world class support function.

Christian commenced his career at KPMG Sydney where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant, before working with a number of blue chip multi-nationals including Origin Energy, Vodafone and Enovis Llc.

Christian is an experienced finance professional with 25 years experience across a variety of industries and organisations. Christian commenced his career at KPMG Sydney where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant, before working with a number of blue chip multi-nationals including Origin Energy, Vodafone and Enovis Llc.
Christian has an in-depth understanding of the software industry having previously held the positions of Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary at Tramada Systems, helping the travel industry manage complex data, and several senior positions at Misys Plc (now Finastra) one of the world’s largest fintech companies. While at Misys, Christian was a key part of the team responsible for divesting a controlling stake in Nasdaq listed Allsripts, a med-tech subsidiary, returning over US$1Bn to shareholders, and was integral to the 2020 sale of Tramada Systems.
Christian has a track record of scaling the operations of high growth businesses, bringing blue chip expertise to rapidly expanding organisations with global aspirations. He holds a Bachelor of Business from Griffith University, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Technology, Sydney. He has also previously volunteered as a mentor at the Founders Institute, helping technology start-ups grow their businesses.

One of the early smart city innovators, Nathan has been leading smart city solutions for public and private organizations for almost 10 years before joining SenSen.

One of the early smart city innovators, Nathan has been leading smart city solutions for public and private organizations for almost 10 years before joining SenSen.
With a background in software engineering, prior to his time in the Smart Cities space Nathan worked for both Parsons Brinckerhoff and Patrick Stevedores leading the delivery of large-scale outdoor systems. Having studied Artificial Intelligence as part of a Bachelor degree in the nineties, and separately in a post-grad short course in the 2017, Nathan has been an advocate of AI, smart city, and digital transformation technology in the public sector since 2015.
With executive-level experience across digital compliance, governance, commercial leadership and CRM service management, Nathan enjoys helping clients use AI to gain insights from and influence activities in public and private spaces and the organisations that manage them.
Nathan leads the Smart City Solutions business unit from SenSen’s Queensland base at the Queensland Government Lumina Health and Knowledge Precinct, located on the Gold Coast.
