I worked across several industries, particularly in partnerships and account management for the supply chain sector. My role involved supporting pilot programs and exploring the future intersection of technology and supply chain management. AI has been a major part of that evolution over the past two years, whether through machine learning or other related technologies. I was drawn to SenSen because I’m passionate about the intersection between current realities and future possibilities in tech. SenSen’s solutions are incredibly versatile, applicable across various industries, and have immense potential for client and customer service improvements. That versatility captivated me.

You mentioned that AI can make technology more “human.” Could you expand on that?

When we look at technologies like natural language models and AI, they’re now able to provide insights, real-time data, and actionable responses. Traditionally, those were human functions—giving feedback, taking action, etc. AI allows us to transform raw data into something that’s human-focused, so people aren’t stuck with repetitive tasks. In that way, I feel AI is truly humanising technology.

That’s a great perspective, given that so often the conversation around AI is that it’s dehumanising. What’s been the most surprising part of the work at SenSen so far?

The sheer flexibility of SenSen’s platform. It’s truly limitless. I sometimes find it easier to describe what it can’t do than what it can do because of its adaptability across industries.

No single solution can solve every problem. Even with the best product, partnerships are essential to meet varied client needs. For me, partnerships are about aligning with organizations that share similar goals and client bases, ensuring mutual benefit.
In short: At its heart, it’s about human connections and building strong relationships with those who share a common vision.
